It is the users responsibility to review the terms and conditions. By using this site/placing a commission, you agree to the terms of service.

Quotes:

Quotes are not an agreement for a commission/ do not give you a commission slot. They are only a price estimate on options and character design. Quotes will be in USD. You must have proper clear 2- 3 view concept artwork provided to get a more accurate quote, with as much detail as possible. Please refer to the price guide to get a rough idea. The more difficult and complex the design, the higher the quote will be.

Quotes are valid for 4 months after the day they are given. If your deposit of 40% has not been received within this time frame, you will need to contact us again to see if your quote will be a different amount than previously stated. Once your deposit is received, the price of the commission is set and will not change.

Age:

You must be over the age of 18 to solicit our services. Parents/legal guardians are welcome to contact us.

Sizing:

Duct tape dummies are required for full suit or half suit commissions. Please use painters coveralls and strong duct tape. Please tape all the way down to your wrists, neck and ankles etc. A good bodysuit will only be as good as the duct tape dummy. It is important that the duct tape dummy accurately represents your body, so when you get your suit there should not be any problems.

Design Changes:

Design changes can be made up until work begins on the suit and supplies have been purchased. If supplies are ordered and work has already started we cannot guarantee all changes can be made. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design before any work starts. If design changes are to be made it may change the price of your original quote, since you were quoted for something different than before.

Payment:

I require a 40% non-refundable down payment, it locks in your spot in the line and goes straight into my spending funds for materials. I only accept BANK transfers and IBAN.

Payment plans are negotiable but I will not commence working on the suit before I have the down payment and I will not ship the suit before the final payment has been received.

I am flexible about payments as long as the item is fully paid within 12 months, you can pay in full up front, or you can pay for example $100 or more at a time until the full amount has been paid.

Note: Projects that cost under $200 will not have a payment plan option.

Work in Progress:

We do share work in progress pictures personally and in different media. We will be in contact directly for fur approval. Please keep in mind not all fur and fabric colors are available and we will match the colours to the best of our ability.

Deadlines:

Completion dates can not be predicted to the day, however I will try to provide you with a rough estimate of when your suit may be completed by. We are a small business and things can come up to push dates back further. The artist can get sick or sore and will have to take breaks. Machines can break down and need repair. I will not rush or cut corners to make the suit faster. I intend to provide you with the best quality suit I can. We will be in contact throughout the suitmaking process, and you will be made aware of any issues that may halt production.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are not included in the price of any product, they will be an additional charge. Shipping costs may vary and one should expect to pay an additional fee for insurance. Please keep in mind, I have the right to select shipping methods and carriers. I’m not responsible for any loss or damage received to the product when it has left my workshop.

I’m not responsible for any duty or tax fees that might apply when the suit arrives to your country. The suit will not be shipped before it has been paid off fully and shipping is covered. If your package has been damaged during transport it is the customers responsibility to check the item(s) for any damage that might have been applied to the item as soon as they receive it. If the item itself has suffered any damage from rough handling by the courier we will repair the item for free within the first 60 days. But the complaint about the state of the package should be directed to the courier service and not me. I have no control over how things are treated once they leave my hands.

Repairs:

I offer a free repair service on all our products, Popped seams, tears, and other minor problems I will fix for free within the first 60 days.

If there are obvious signs of neglect I will charge what I need to, to cover the cost of repairs. If the piece cannot be repaired due to neglect it will be sent back at your expense.

If I receive a suit for repair with any modifications not done by me/ not discussed with me, I reserve the right to ship it back to the customer at your expense.

I will not repair a suit that is extremely dirty, smelly or badly cared for. If the suit you send to me falls into any of these categories, it will be held until return shipping is paid for at your expense.

The customer is responsible for the shipping both ways.

Canceling your order:

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time with no issues before you send your deposit. Once you have sent in any amount of your deposit(40%), you may still cancel but you are not entitled to a refund of any sort.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Reasons for me canceling your order may be:

Harassment of any kind
Abusive language toward me, my creations, my family or any of my customers
You not making payments on the agreed schedule
You demanding unreasonable changes to your order after your deposit is received

I reserve the right to not accept certain kinds of commissions, namely licensed characters, bad concept art, blacklisted individuals, etc.

If your order is canceled we reserve the right to complete and sell whatever has been worked on without modification to ensure my time is reimbursed.

Warranty:

My costumes come with a 60 day warranty on any mistakes done by us. After 60 days any repairs will be covered with a small cost based on what work is needed. The only repairs not covered under warranty are damages caused by abuse or normal wear and tear. If you have any issues with your costume, please send us a message to discuss your repair. We are always happy to discuss and resolve any problems you may have.

Contract:

Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email and any other messaging platforms, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission from me, you agree to all the conditions of the terms of service written above. I store digital copies of all correspondence for our records, and I advise that you do the same.
